Gloasis Skin Boutique provides professional skin and beauty treatments including, but not limited to:

  • Facials and corrective treatments
  • Skin consultations
  • Cosmetic and aesthetic services

All treatments are performed by qualified professionals; however, results vary between individuals.

3. BOOKINGS & APPOINTMENTS

  • All bookings require accurate personal and medical information.
  • You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

4. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
  • All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with sufficient notice (see Cancellation Policy).
  • Full payment is required on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

5. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:
    • Loss of deposit
    • Full treatment charge
  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate medical history and skin information
  • Disclose any medications, conditions, or recent treatments
  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions

Failure to do so may affect results and safety, and Gloasis Skin Boutique is not liable for outcomes resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

7. CONSENT TO TREATMENT

By proceeding with any treatment, you:

  • Acknowledge you have been informed of potential risks and side effects
  • Provide consent to proceed
  • Accept that results are not guaranteed

For certain treatments, written consent forms will be required.

8. RISKS & RESULTS DISCLAIMER

10. REFUNDS & RETURNS

Services

  • No refunds are provided for completed services
  • If you are unsatisfied, we will assess and may offer corrective treatment at our discretion

Products

  • Products may be exchanged if faulty, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
  • No refunds for change of mind

11. GIFT CARDS & PACKAGES

  • Valid for [12 months] unless otherwise stated
  • Non-refundable and not redeemable for cash
  • Must be used within expiry period

12. LIABILITY LIMITATION

To the extent permitted by law:

  • Gloasis Skin Boutique is not liable for:
    • Indirect or consequential loss
    • Adverse reactions where proper disclosure was not provided
    • Failure to follow aftercare instructions

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

With your consent, we may take before-and-after photos for:

  • Treatment tracking
  • Marketing and promotional purposes

You may opt out at any time.

16. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • A client behaves inappropriately
  • There are safety concerns
  • Instructions are not followed
